2. Copy of ID for Staff (attach to application).
3. Passport & work permit in case of a non-SA resident.

- I will inform the HOA immediately of any changes / cancellation of this access authority
- I will abide and ensure that my staff abide to the Rules & Access Control Policy of Glen Eagle Estate.
- I take full responsibilty for my staff while under my employment on this Estate.
